Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable).
We offer a refund or exchange once the returned item has been inspected.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
